Receptionist

Kia Medford is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our service visitors and provide administrative support to the service departments.

Job Description:

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Front Desk Management:
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm and professional demeanor to the service department.
  • Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Administrative Support:
  • Assisting with general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Customer Service:
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Directing visitors and clients to the appropriate personnel or department.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
