Job Description - Receptionist

The Funeral Home Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for families and visitors, providing a warm, professional, and compassionate presence both in person and by phone. This role ensures that all initial interactions reflect the values of care, respect, and attentiveness that define Morris-Baker Funeral Home and Cremation Services.



This position requires strong communication skills, emotional awareness, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while supporting families during sensitive and often difficult moments.



This role is part-time and works under the coordination and direction of the Administrative Assistant – Lead to ensure consistent front office coverage and service quality.
