Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team in a pivotal role that serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with basic office tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have
