Receptionist

Medical Application Repair & Sales is looking for a dependable, professional, and friendly receptionist to support our service and sales teams. This person will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and will help keep communication flowing between customers, technicians, sales staff, and office personnel.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable on the phone, able to multitask, and enjoys helping people.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner


• Transfer calls to the appropriate team member or department


• Take accurate messages and follow up as needed


• Call customers to confirm service appointments


• Assist with scheduling communication between customers and technicians


• Help service and sales teams with basic administrative tasks


• Keep customer information and appointment details accurate


• Provide general office support as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong phone and communication skills


• Friendly, professional attitude


• Organized and detail-oriented


• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software


• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment


• Prior receptionist, customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience preferred


• Experience in medical, service, or equipment-related industries is a plus but not required
