What You’ll Do

• Own the Front Desk: Be the welcoming face for incoming buyers, vendors, and guests, directing inquiries to the right team members instantly.


• Fuel the Sales Engine: Handle vehicle paperwork—processing lease returns, invoices, stock tags, and new inventory data.


• Keep Systems Tight: Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all records, spreadsheets, and compliance audits meet tight deadlines.


• Master Communications: Manage high-volume incoming phone lines, route messages accurately, and keep overall dealership communication flowing seamlessly.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Vibe: Warm, approachable, calm under pressure, and professional—even during peak dealership hours.


• The Sharpness: High attention to detail with sharp organizational and multitasking skills.


• The Tech: Comfortable with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, data entry systems, or dealership management software).


• The Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent). Background in customer service, administrative support, or dealership operations is a major plus!
