The position of Afternoon Receptionist functions in a dual role by performing both receptionist and administrative support duties as a normal part of the workday. Receptionist duties include performing all routine clerical and administrative work related to answering the phone, welcoming guests, routing the public to the appropriate party, and record-keeping. In addition, this position will complete scheduled weekly tasks in support of the Executive Assistant.
Classification: Part-time (20 hours) / Non-Exempt
Schedule: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm M-TR (may require flexibility
