Receptionist- Far Rockaway

Ohel is seeking a reliable, personable and well organized individual who has the ability to multi-task in our Outpatient Clinic in Far Rockaway. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting and registering clients, collecting co-payments, inputting psychiatrist schedules and using our Electronic Health Record. The candidate should be proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel and have excellent communication skills. Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO). Eligibility for all benefits is based on hours worked, employment classification, and fulfillment of applicable waiting periods and plan requirements. This part time position is Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and based in Far Rockaway.

Salary: $21.00 -$23.00 per hour
