We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our outstanding team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized front office experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and vendors
• Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous manner
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning and faxing
• Coordinating communication between departments and external partners
