✨ What You’ll Do:
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for families and guests. Your day will include:

• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.

• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.

• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations.

• Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals and cancellations .

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.

• Promoting a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment for residents and families.

• Maintain and tidy the reception area.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
