We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Ford dealership. If you enjoy working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

  Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide a warm, professional welcome

  Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department

  Schedule appointments and help manage customer flow

  Respond to basic customer inquiries in person, by phone, and through other communication channels

  Assist the sales, service, and management teams with administrative tasks

  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

  Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
