Job Description - Receptionist - Melbourne



Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a welcoming environment will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office.


Duties



  • Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing assistance as needed

  • Manage phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date

  • Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents

  • Provide general administrative and Accounts Payable support as directed

  • Handle customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service

  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication within the office


Qualifications



  • High school education or equivalent required

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accurate records

  • Familiarity with phone systems and customer service best practices

  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Applicants must be reliable, driven, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team
