Receptionist - PT AM/PM Shifts

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to work the AM & PM shifts. If you enjoy working in a friendly, "Family-Like" atmosphere, and want to make a positive impact in a wonderful community, King-Bruwaert House is the place for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department in an efficient, timely, and caring manner
• Provide some clerical support to residents and staff
• Sort and distribute all incoming mail, packages and newsletters for House and Gardens residents and staff
• Take dinner reservations for residents via in-person and over the telephone
• Ensure visitors sign in/out in accordance with KB's policies and procedures
• Direct visitors to appropriate department or individual

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to speak, write and communicate in English
• Must possess related customer service skills
• Related experience answering phone calls
• Basic computer, email, Microsoft Word, and Outlook skills required
• Previous experience working in a Senior Living Community
• Must have the ability to multi-task, be patient, and friendly
• Mus be able to maintain confidentiality of all protected health information
• Must have a pleasant disposition and be eager to help
