Receptionist/Greeter

Receptionist/Greeter – Full-Time and Part-Time Shifts Available

Mercedes-Benz of Loveland is seeking a dependable, professional Receptionist/Greeter to create a welcoming customer experience. This position includes administrative support and data entry.  Flexible  closing shifts available Monday-Friday between 12:00pm-7 :00 pm; every other Saturday 9 am–6 pm.

$17 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls and Greet guests


• Assist with document scanning, preparation and filing


• Data entry including new vehicle purchases and gas receipts


• Maintain coffee machine and customer waiting areas

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook


• Personal integrity and professional appearance


• Positive attitude and great work ethic


• Accurate data entry


• Organizational and multi-tasking skills


• Able to prioritize and work independently


• Previous office experience is a plus
