Acura of Stamford is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist / Greeter to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming dealership experience by greeting guests, answering phones, and directing customers to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Greet all customers and visitors promptly and courteously
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Announce and direct customers to sales, service, or management staff
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and customer waiting area
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Handle customer inquiries and provide general dealership information
Support sales and service teams as needed
Ensure a positive, welcoming atmosphere at all times
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (phone systems, email, scheduling software)
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
