Receptionist/Phone Operator

Description of the role:

As the Receptionist/Phone Operator at Dutro Ford in Zanesville, OH, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for the dealership's customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors with a smile and professional demeanor


• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual


• Operate cash drawer and credit card system


• Data Entry


• Scanning documents

Requirements:

• Dealership Receptionist/Operator/ Cashier experience is a plus. We train!


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Good customer service and communication skills


• General Math skills


• Computer literate


• Punctual, dependable


• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance


• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Hours:

Monday: 7:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.

Tuesday: 7:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.

Wednesday: 7:30 A.M.- 6:00 P.M.

Thursday: 7:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.

Friday: 7:30 A.M.- 3:00 P.M.

Saturday: 8:30 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. Once per month with a different day off throughout the week
