Project Manager | Turning Damage Into Done
Leading The Way To An Excellent Restoration Experience
Are you the kind of leader who thrives in complexity, communicates with confidence, and knows how to keep projects moving forward? Do you shine when the stakes are high, the timeline is tight, and the project requires both strong leadership and sharp decision-making?
As a Project Manager, you’ll own the successful execution of reconstruction projects from scope to final completion. You'll lead skilled tradespeople, serve as the client point of contact, shape project scope, manage budget and schedule, and ensure on-site quality from start to finish. Your ability to lead people, solve problems, and keep projects moving with urgency will directly shape the customer experience and the overall success of the work.
This is not an entry-level project management role. We are searching for a high-capacity leader who can manage large-loss reconstruction, complex residential jobs, and commercial projects while keeping multiple moving parts aligned. For the right person, this role offers meaningful room for growth, greater responsibility, and long-term opportunity within a growing and stable company.
