Recruiter

Job Description:

·  Source, screen, and recruit qualified clinical professionals (e.g., RNs, LPNs, MAs, CNAs, Therapists, etc.) for healthcare facilities and programs

·  Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination

·  Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements

·  Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, and online sourcing

·  Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational hiring practices and credentialing standards

·  Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems

·  Represent the organization professionally at job fairs and recruitment events
