Job Description - Recruiter

Responsible for overall successful operation of the recruitment process, including all company subsidiaries and divisions, in accordance with corporate strategies and business objectives. The Recruiter shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Source candidates for select roles focusing on internet and networking research. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and search tools. Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire as staffing levels dictate. Leverage online recruiting resources to identify the very best candidates. Identify candidates through resume database searches, networking, creative cold calling, social media, etc. Coordinate College/University recruitment programs for all divisions. Coordinate any agency level search efforts including ensuring that purchase order/contract is effectively in place for any provider. Backup applicant tracking system; ICIMS, administrator. Assess potential candidates for fit within the position identified, including skills, education and experience. Establish relationships with well-qualified candidates. Build internal and external networks to develop future talent initiatives. Investigate benchmark and help develop proactive recruitment techniques to attract active and passive candidates. Review resumes/employment applications, screen and schedule all potential candidates for interview(s). Administer offer letter preparation and presentation, for regular, temporary employment. Coordinate the communication of hiring information to all appropriate parties, internal and external to the Company. Produce monthly Recruitment Report, indicating all interviewing activity for the month. Develop and maintain Recruitment Metric reports for Time-to-Hire, Cost per Hire, etc. Learn and abide by the Linde Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all communications, actions and decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three (3) years recruitment and human resource administration experience. Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, Lotus Notes, and other Company and discipline specific software applications. Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company. Effective leadership skills. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality with employee sensitive data. Possess a broad understanding and knowledge of local and federal employment regulations covering all aspects of recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.
