Green Alpha Property Management is the property management business of a real estate management and commercial investment company headquartered in Raleigh, NC and with a growing presence in the Southeast United States. We specialize in acquiring, managing, and enhancing commercial real estate properties with a foundation centered on improving the lives of our stakeholders. Due to our large scope of properties, there are many different avenues for career progression.
We are seeking another Recruiter to add to the team, as we grow our business. This is a full-time salaried position that will sit out of our office M-F in Raleigh, NC.
About the Role
As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will own the recruiting process from start to finish — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify top talent and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
This role requires someone who is proactive, creative, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and markets
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication throughout the process
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience from first interaction through offer stage
- Own the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring new hires feel supported and set up for success
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes and bring forward new ideas
- Track and manage recruiting activity within our ATS (Paycor)
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines proactively
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who can operate independently and take initiative
- Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to improve recruiting and onboarding processes
- Comfortable working in a growing company where structure is still evolving
