RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs Communicate with hiring managers to clearly understand the specific qualifications and skills required for specific positions Manage job postings and applicant workflows Screen and evaluate applicants Deliver qualified candidates to Recruiters Manage multiple positions simultaneously Ensure a positive candidate experience Provide candidates with the necessary feedback and communication to ensure a positive candidate experience Cultivate and maintain relationships with job seekers for future openings Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to better understand their departments, culture and position specifications and requirements Complete all necessary paperwork, reporting and documentation Performs other duties as assigned.
