Recruiting Associate, Technology Consulting (Entry-Level)

CSpring is an Indianapolis-based data and analytics consulting firm. We’re hiring an Associate Recruiter to find and engage talented people for technology and consulting opportunities.

This is a full-time recruiting role within CSpring Catalyst, our selective professional development program. You’ll receive coaching, practice your skills, and take on more responsibility as you grow. If you’re energized by prospecting, starting conversations, building relationships, and working toward goals, you’ll find plenty of that work here.

What you’ll do

• Find prospective candidates through research, outreach, referrals, and networking
• Write personal messages that give people a reason to respond
• Build relationships with candidates and follow through throughout the recruiting process
• Conduct initial video screens to understand candidates’ experience, interests, and goals
• Learn about each client and role so you can ask useful questions and validate relevant skills
• Share clear recommendations with the team about candidates you’ve screened
• Keep accurate notes and manage candidate activity in our recruiting systems
• Learn from outreach results and talent-market conversations to improve your approach
• Work toward recruiting goals while giving every candidate a strong experience with CSpring

Where this role can lead

\You’ll start by learning to source candidates, run strong initial screens, and manage your work consistently. As you grow, potential next roles at CSpring include Senior Recruiter, Account Executive, or Team Lead. The right path depends on your strengths and interests, demonstrated performance, readiness, and business needs. No specific promotion or timeline is guaranteed.
