We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our staffing operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, or operational support who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution across candidate submissions, scheduling, systems tracking, and operational processes.
This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in our Blue Bell, PA office.
Candidate & Submission Support
Format candidate resumes to align with client-specific standards and expectations
Prepare candidate submission summaries using recruiter-provided inputs (skills, experience, and cost details)
Ensure all submissions are polished, accurate, and client-ready
Maintain consistency and quality across all outbound candidate materials
Scheduling & Coordination
Coordinate internal technical screenings between subject matter experts (SMEs) and candidates
Schedule client interviews
Act as a central point of contact for scheduling-related communication
Systems & Tracking
Maintain and update CRM opportunities, including:
Revenue and cost inputs
Contract documentation uploads
Tagging and overall data hygiene
Manage internal RMS tracking tools, including:
Opportunity Tracker: track new opportunities and candidate submissions
Active Tracker: monitor active engagements and associated revenue
Operational Support
Provide administrative coverage during team member PTO or travel
Support day-to-day operational processes in partnership with leadership
Help maintain continuity and organization across ongoing business operations
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, operations, or a similar role
Strong documentation capabilities
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with systems such as CRM and Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
