Chick-fil-A Recruiting Leader

Recruiting leaders play a vital role in building and developing a high-performing team. This position is responsible for attracting top talent, interviewing candidates, leading onboarding efforts, and set up team members for long-term success while creating a positive candidate experience. The recruiting leader will work with the Owner and department leaders to identify needs and develop rhythms to sustain staffing levels.

Hours and Availability:

  • Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time opportunities may be available for qualified candidates)
  • 11:30am - 7:30pm
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (Off Friday)

Recruitment Leader Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process (recruiting, application, interviewing, onboarding, 30/60/90 day follow ups.)
  • Partner with restaurant leadership to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through community outreach and recruiting efforts
  • Review applications, communicate with candidates, and schedule interviews
  • Conduct interviews and assist with hiring decisions
  • Complete onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Lead new hire orientations and support the onboarding experience
  • Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-ups with new team members
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate applicant records
  • Promote Chick-fil-A's culture and values throughout the hiring process
  • Complete required training and adhere to Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • SHOWS UP - Consistent and reliable with a great attendance track record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HUSTLES – Works with urgency. Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.  
  • TAKES OWNERSHIP – Organized, strong attention to detail, great at managing their time. Proficient with technology,
  • PURSUES PROGRESS – Finds ways to improve themselves and the business. Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
  • HAS SELF DISCIPLINE – Comfortable initiating and leading conversations with a wide array of people. 
  •  LOVINGLY SERVES - Positive attitude and passion for developing others. Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Work schedule
