We are a multifaceted CPA firm with 16 offices across the Pacific Northwest providing financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We have partnered with wealth advisors and estate attorneys to create Coordinated Financial Care service for our clients. 

The Job

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting for an assigned group of roles, from job requisition through offer and onboarding handoff. This role serves as a point of contact for hiring managers on assigned requisitions, assists with coordinating remote-staffing and contract vendor relationships, and helps maintain the firm's day-to-day recruiting operations.

Qualifications for this position:

• Associate's degree or coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Bachelor's degree a plus
  


• 1-2 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience; professional services experience a plus.
  


• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Glassdoor
  


• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system and HRIS platform
  


• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent requisitions.
  

What do we need you to do?

• Support requisition intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for assigned open roles.
  


• Support a steady volume of roles across the firm's service lines
  


• Post and maintain job ads across job boards, social platforms, and the company career page. Review and respond to all applications.


• Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.


• Maintain recruiting reports — pipeline, funnel, and lifecycle metrics — for leadership review.
