Recruitment Associate

We are seeking a rockstar Recruitment Associates to generate qualified leads for on-demand service companies such as Lyft and Instacart. We are looking for a hustler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to get his or her hands dirty. The ideal candidate will have had prior experience as a driver for Uber or Lyft.

You will have a chance to work directly with our founding team. The ideal candidate will prior direct sales experience or experience with street and offline marketing.

You will be compensated through commissions directly tied to the amount of converted leads that you generate. Our current 8-week plan calls for a minimum of $7,500 in individual commissions with uncapped potential earnings. We will consider a competitive hourly salary for exceptional candidates.

The Team

You'll work with a rockstar founding team that's just getting started building a product to help on-demand companies source contractors. We've raised capital from some of the top angel investors in New York and now want to use it to grow as quickly as possible. 

Responsibilities include:

-Executing a targeted recruitment plan to sign up contractors for on-demand services like Instacart.

-Identifying key prospecting opportunities and developing an engagement strategy for them

Requirements:

-Commitment of at least 10 hours working per week

-Prior sales experience
