Recruitment Consultant- Sales

The Page Group is seeking Recruitment Consultants to join the growing sales team in the Chrysler Building. We offer competitive base salaries, as well as performance based quarterly bonuses. Since we are looking to fill multiple sales consultants positions, applicants who work with urgency, have a good sales stamina, and have a clearly defined goal for their futures are in high demand.

Position Summary:

•Identifying new clients through business development (cold and warm calling, meetings)

•Winning new business, negotiating rates of business with clients

•Candidate sourcing (headhunting, advertising vacancies, interviewing applicants, networking)

•Face to face interviewing

•Building a relationship between client and candidate (overseeing introduction, managing interview process)

•Offering the candidate the position and closing the sale

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

•At least one year experience in high volume sales

•Proven sales achievements based on performance in past roles

•Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

•Career driven, with a specific drive to win and succeed
