Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems, steam generation equipment, compressed air systems, water supply and distribution systems, and return condensate systems.
• Perform both minor and major repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Assist in the maintenance of HVAC, wastewater, and other utility systems.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, discover issues, and perform necessary repairs.
• Follow technical diagrams, machine manuals, and manufacturer instructions to ensure optimal system function.
• Complete maintenance documentation and SAP system functions.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF regulations.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a relevant training program.
• Required: NJ Black Seal Boiler License (High Pressure or higher).
• Preferred: Experience in Electro-Mechanical systems, PSM (Process Safety Management), or related fields.
• Must be comfortable working in a cold environment (-20°F to 40°F) with proper PPE.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive motions, such as pinching and grasping.
• Capable of standing, stooping, walking, bending, and climbing stairs for extended periods (up to 12 hours).

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• NJ Black Seal Boiler License.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, refrigeration, or a related field.
• Ability to work in cold environments (-20°F to 40°F) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must pass physical requirements for the job.

Additional Information:

• $5,000 Hiring Bonus: Paid out in increments after 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.
