This pivotal role is central to our physician talent acquisition strategy and ensures a robust pipeline of top-tier medical professionals, directly impacting patient care and expanding our regional healthcare services.
Every day you will oversee the full lifecycle of physician talent acquisition, including market analysis, sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, contract negotiation, and a seamless onboarding and credentialing process. You will drive successful physician recruitment initiatives and optimize our onboarding protocols, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and fostering long-term retention within our dynamic organization.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong executive leadership and strategic planning skills, a deep understanding of physician compensation models, recruitment best practices, and the complex healthcare talent market.
