Regional CDL A Driver - Paid Training for New CDL Holders

Rock Springs drivers: run the Western states out of a Utah terminal, stay close to home, and start with paid training if your CDL is brand new.

Pay

• $1,300 to $1,400 average weekly gross
• $0.50 per mile to start with banded pay on shorter loads, full linehaul rates after 6 months
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for the first 3 months you run solo
• $15 stop pay and monthly performance bonus

The Job

• 11 Western states, good freight lanes, close to your home terminal
• About 1,900 miles a week
• Home every 2 weeks, requests honored for strong performers
• Winter weather routes, so steady hands wanted

Training

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
• $800 weekly training pay, then straight to full solo driver pay
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Military experience considered with a valid DD214
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
