The Regional Director provides overall leadership and management for a designated office or geographic region, with responsibility for people leadership, client relationships, business development, project oversight, and office operations.
As Consigli’s senior leader within the region, the Regional Director works closely with executive leadership to establish operational priorities, maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners, and ensure accountability for regional performance, results, metrics, and culture. This role collaborates with Market Directors, Vertical Directors, Department Directors, and peer Regional Directors to support alignment and the collective success of the company.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Drive regional growth through strategic client development, market expansion, relationship management, and pursuit strategy execution aligned with long-term business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong partnerships.
Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse, high-performing team through coaching, mentorship, and career development.
Support business growth through market intelligence, customer insights, and disciplined account management.
Prepare and present accurate, timely business analyses, including performance results, variances, forecasts, and trends.
Coordinate and lead annual budget development, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and periodic forecast updates with senior leadership.
Oversee operational delivery to ensure commitments are met and customer expectations are exceeded.

Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management; MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated experience across all phases of construction project execution.
Strong understanding of facility operations and infrastructure.
Established network of key client relationships within the construction market.
Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex construction projects.
Strong knowledge of frameworks and compliance requirements within the pharma or biotech sectors.
Ability to travel and represent the organization at industry events and client engagements.
