About the Role
As a Regional Director, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping the success of Premier Community Supports' Community Living Supports (CLS) programs. You'll lead and develop County Managers, drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality person-centered services, and build strong partnerships throughout the communities we serve. Your leadership will directly support our employees, Individuals, and families while helping expand Premier's impact across the Portland/Salem region.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor County Managers and office teams through ongoing support, professional development, goal setting, and performance management.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train County Managers while supporting the development and training of County Manager Assistants.
- Promote Premier's mission, values, and culture by modeling strong leadership and supporting employee engagement.
- Ensure County Managers receive ongoing guidance, resources, and support to be successful in their roles.
Regional Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee daily CLS operations across assigned counties to ensure quality, person-centered services and operational effectiveness.
- Provide oversight and support for Individual onboarding, DSP onboarding, Individual/DSP matching, office operations, and service continuity.
- Coordinate county coverage and operational needs during staff absences.
- Support County Managers with community engagement, relationship building, and local program development.
Compliance, Quality & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), Premier policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Review and oversee Incident Reports, EVV Exceptions, Overtime Requests, audits, and corrective action plans.
- Conduct operational and compliance audits to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate regulatory, financial, and operational risks.
- Monitor county performance metrics and partner with County Managers to address identified concerns.
Relationship Management & Community Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Individuals, families, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), County Case Management Entities (CMEs), community partners, and government agencies.
- Serve as a liaison between CLS operations, Premier leadership, internal departments, and external partners.
- Support County Managers in developing collaborative relationships with local service partners and community stakeholders.
Program Growth & Strategic Initiatives
- Partner with Premier leadership, Marketing, and Development teams to expand CLS services, increase market presence, and support growth into new communities.
- Advocate for Premier programs while balancing quality service delivery with sound financial stewardship.
- Provide leadership and oversight for additional service lines as assigned, including 24-Hour Residential, Day Support Activities (DSA), Employment Services, and Positive Behavior Supports (PBS).
