Why This Role?

This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for Mindspace’s business and operations across the Netherlands - at an exciting point of transformation and growth for the market.

As Regional Lead – Netherlands, you will own the performance of our Dutch market end-to-end - across Sales, Operations, Community, Member Experience, team leadership and profitability.

This is not a “business as usual” leadership role. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated leader who can assess what’s working, challenge what isn’t, and lead the market through its next phase - strengthening the team, improving performance and building a stronger, more scalable operation. We need a hands-on commercial driver who can spearhead proactive sales strategies, optimize conversion pipelines, and elevate our revenue performance.

You will be accountable for driving sustainable growth, occupancy and revenue across our locations while ensuring operational excellence and the exceptional hospitality experience Mindspace is known for.

Working closely with our European leadership team and global HQ, you will act as the key link between the local market and the wider organization, bringing together commercial strategy, people leadership, transformation and operational execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own the overall performance of Mindspace Netherlands, with accountability for revenue, occupancy, retention, profitability and operational excellence across all locations.
• Lead the transformation and next phase of the Dutch business, identifying opportunities to improve the organization, processes, commercial performance and ways of working.
• Lead the local Sales, Community and Operations teams, creating a high-performance culture focused on both commercial results and exceptional member experience.
• Drive sales performance, pipeline management, pricing, forecasting and market growth, supporting complex and strategic opportunities when needed.
• Own market-level P&L performance, budgets, forecasting and KPIs, continuously identifying opportunities to improve profitability and long-term revenue quality.
• Ensure consistently high operational and hospitality standards across all Mindspace locations in the Netherlands.
• Develop, coach and retain strong local leaders and teams in partnership with HR, building the capabilities and structure needed for the market’s next stage.
• Build strong relationships with members, enterprise clients, brokers, landlords, partners and other key stakeholders in the Dutch market.
• Strengthen Mindspace’s local presence through partnerships, networking, business development and strategic initiatives.
• Support new location launches and future expansion in the Netherlands, partnering with Real Estate, Design, Operations and other global teams.
• Act as the key connection between the Netherlands and Mindspace’s European and global leadership, bringing local market insights, opportunities and challenges into company decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of relevant management experience, including significant leadership responsibility in a commercial, operational or multi-site environment.
• Proven experience leading a business, market or organization through meaningful change or transformation - not only managing an established “business as usual” operation.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with evidence of identifying opportunities, challenging existing ways of working and turning change into measurable business improvement.
• Proven experience owning or significantly influencing P&L, revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong commercial leadership experience with a track record in Sales and business growth.
• Experience managing multi-location operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, budgeting, forecasting and business performance.
• Proven people leadership skills, including developing and managing senior team members and leading teams effectively through change.
• Experience in hospitality, flexible workspace, real estate, lifestyle or another customer-facing multi-location business is a strong advantage.
• Experience working within an international/global organization.
• Strong executive presence and ability to work effectively with senior global stakeholders.
• Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory.
• Based in the Netherlands, with the ability to work regularly from our locations.
