Regional Learning Representative 


Supports the Regional Learning Manager with coordinating and monitoring the development, deployment and evaluation of the company's education initiatives to align with the company's learning culture vision. 

 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assists with the management of assigned functional area(s) concerning learning initiatives, programs, and organizational development skills as required by the business.

  • Help determine education need thorough understanding business initiatives.

  • Assists with the preparation of division education projects, including resources, schedule, and budgets.

  • Ensures timely communication is maintained regarding all project status and priorities. 

  • Maintains sense of urgency on project timelines. 

  • Assists with ensuring the quality of training programs through curriculum design, appropriate resources, evaluation methods and cost efficiencies.

  • Assists with the development and delivery of training materials and programs and ensures communication of results to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Develop strong working relationships with division management, to ensure appropriate division involvement in education programs.

  • Assists with the survey process of analysis and evaluation of programs/workshops.

  • Assists with the review of training curriculum and makes updates as required. 

  • Stays abreast of current developments in education processes, tools and approach. 

  • Assist with ongoing mentoring to team members. 


 


Key Requirements:



  • College degree in adult learning, education, or behavioral sciences or equivalent field experience. 

  • 2 years HR supporting duties or leadership role. Prior experience in retail store operations desired. 

  • Must have strong planning and execution skills.

  • Must have ability to work with other to achieve desired results. 

  • Must work effectively in a team environment. Possess team and relationship building skills. 

  • Possess the ability to encourage, manage, influence, and train others to achieve desired results. 

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with personnel at all levels effectively. Clearly communicates concepts, systems, procedures, etc., in a learning environment.

  • Must have basic PC skills and desktop application (Word Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge required. 

  • Working knowledge of People Soft or Oracle reporting procedures and eLearning compliance requirements. 

  • Less than 20% travel
