GRE Management is seeking an experienced, hands-on Regional Maintenance Specialist to support our multifamily apartment communities throughout Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled maintenance professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working alongside onsite teams to elevate property performance and resident satisfaction.
If you're the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues, loves working with and training teams, and takes pride in maintaining exceptional communities, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
Extensive experience in multifamily maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance
Ability to work independently and with our teams
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the region
Certifications
HVAC I & II Preferred
CPO certified Preferred.
