Job Overview:

The Regional Manager is responsible for the performance, culture, and operational excellence of a multiunit region (8 locations). This role drives revenue growth, client experience, and team development by coaching Store Managers, building strong bench leadership, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across all locations. The Regional Manager acts as the key link between leadership and store-level teams—translating strategy into execution while developing high-performing managers and aestheticians.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development 

• Coach and develop Managers to effectively lead, train, and retain high performing aestheticians
• Build and maintain a strong Assistant Manager bench to support growth and succession planning
• Lead onboarding and training standards, including manager training, orientations, and ongoing development
• Oversee and support training initiatives including client experience, Glow Guide execution and service standards
• Participate in interviews and hands-on assessments for key hires
• Partner with managers on hiring decisions, onboarding plans, and long-­term team development
• Actively recruit talent through schools, community outreach, and industry networking 

Staffing Strategy & Scheduling Optimization 

• Support managers with call­-offs and staffing gaps to ensure seamless daily operations
• Optimize staffing across locations by strategically placing aestheticians based on demand
• Develop and execute seasonal staffing strategies, including holiday floater plans
• Oversee and maintain master shift schedules and regional floater scheduling 
• Ensure proper store assignment and onboarding experience for all new hires

Operational Excellence & Financial Oversight 

• Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, and procedures across all locations
• Conduct regular audits including timecard reviews, open orders, gift cards, and cancellation tracking 
• Monitor and manage operational budgets in partnership with Store Managers 
• Coach managers on compensation structures and performance improvement opportunity
• Ensure compliance with payroll processes and operational timelines 

Client Experience & Brand Standards

• Champion and uphold The Only Facial “WOW Experience” across all locations
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Ensure all services are delivered using approved products and protocols 
• Monitor and resolve client concerns, including adverse events, in a timely and professional manner 
• Conduct routine in store observations to maintain culture, service quality, and brand consistency

Store Performance & Efficiency 

• Analyze store utilization and partner with marketing to drive appointment volume and fill gaps
• Identify opportunities to improve aesthetician productivity and service efficiency
• Support managers in problem-solving operational challenges to improve overall store performance

Facilities & Equipment Management 

• Coordinate and support resolution of maintenance and equipment issues across locations 
• Assist managers in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day facility needs 
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to brand standards

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit retail, wellness, or service industry management experience, including leadership of multiple locations
• Proven experience developing managers, improving operational performance, and driving revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of staffing, budgeting, payroll, and operational compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel frequently between assigned store locations
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and conducting in-store observations
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Occasionally lift and move items up to 25 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically
