About the Role
The Regional Operations Associate is an entry-level, hands-on role designed to build strong fundamentals in furnished housing operations.

You will begin with the essential work required to operate homes reliably: maintaining accurate information, coordinating property readiness, supporting move-ins and move-outs, communicating with tenants and homeowners, following up on open issues, and ensuring that every commitment is completed to standard.

This role is intended for a capable early-career professional who is willing to learn the business from the ground up. Increased portfolio, project, and leadership responsibility must be earned through consistent execution, sound judgment, accuracy, accountability, and demonstrated business results.

What You'll Do

Regional Operations Fundamentals
• Support the daily operation of an assigned group of furnished homes within a region.
• Coordinate property onboarding, inspections, listing readiness, move-ins, move-outs, maintenance, and quality-control activities.
• Maintain accurate property, reservation, customer, and operational information across company systems.
• Track open tasks and service issues through completion, escalate appropriately, and verify that commitments are fulfilled.
• Conduct property visits to evaluate readiness, document conditions, support issue resolution, and confirm Month2Month standards.
