Vesta Management is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of properties in our Albany, NY region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing multiple locations and teams, as well as experience with LIHTC, Section 8, and market rate housing. The Regional Manager will be responsible for all financial and physical aspects of the properties in their portfolio, including budgeting, rent collections, compliance reviews, capital needs, and general site and staff performance. If you have strong interpersonal skills, are detail-oriented, and are ready to challenge yourself, we want you on our team! The Regional Manager is responsible for all operations of managing the company’s properties and personnel within the assigned region. The position requires knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Section 42, Section 8, and HOME housing programs, as well as management of large teams. Frequent travel between properties in assigned portfolio is expected.
The Regional Manager should have the ability to respond to and promptly resolve problems which may arise in day-to-day operations; be resourceful and self-directed; complete multifaceted task under demanding conditions and accomplish desired results; must have strong interpersonal skills; be proficient in developing team-based working relationships; detail oriented; and project a professional image and a positive attitude.
