Regional Operations Manager

Eclipse Advantage is looking for an experienced, driven, and people-focused Regional Operations Manager to join our team in Smyrna, Tennessee.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing operational performance, client relationships, safety, compliance, recruitment, and workforce strategy across multiple onsite locations within an assigned region.

The ideal candidate is an experienced staffing professional who knows how to build strong client partnerships, develop high-performing teams, drive operational results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Regional Operations & Performance

• Own the operational performance and P&L of your assigned region and onsite locations.


• Develop and execute account plans designed to achieve growth and profitability objectives.


• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop future-state plans for onsite operations.


• Monitor regional and site-level performance and proactively address trends, gaps, and opportunities.


• Present monthly regional performance updates to senior leadership.


• Conduct weekly turnover analysis and performance reviews with onsite teams and clients.

Safety & Risk Management

Safety is a core priority at Eclipse Advantage. In this role, you will help ensure our teams and clients maintain safe, compliant, and productive work environments.

Client & Customer Relationship Management

You will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring we consistently deliver on our commitments while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow each account.

• Conduct regular site visits for operational inspections, team development, training, and client relationship management.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.


• Schedule and participate in quarterly business reviews with clients.


• Ensure services are delivered according to client contract requirements and expectations.


• Partner with internal support teams to ensure each onsite location is properly managed and supported.

Compliance & Workforce Systems

• Ensure onsite services align with client-specific contract requirements.


• Maintain accurate operational and workforce data to support business decisions.

Recruitment & Workforce Management

A strong recruitment strategy is essential to our clients' success. You'll work closely with onsite teams and internal recruiting partners to ensure staffing needs are consistently met.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

• Bilingual Spanish preferred

• 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry, preferably in an operations leadership capacity.


• 5+ years of management experience overseeing personnel, teams, and workforce strategies.


• Proven experience managing and servicing staffing industry accounts.


• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


• Strong understanding of light industrial staffing, onsite operations, and workforce management.


• Proven track record of achieving operational and growth objectives.


• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.


• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and locations in a fast-paced environment.


• Self-motivated, proactive leader who takes ownership and follows through.


• Willingness and ability to travel between Tennessee and Kentucky. Overnight stays will be required.
