  • Counsel and advise prospective transfer students on ASU Online programs, admissions processes, transfer credit, and enrollment timelines through multiple modalities; represent ASU Online at college visits, transfer fairs, workshops, presentations, and regional events, with frequent in-person engagement across designated California colleges.

  • Support and collaborate with Local Transfer Ambassadors and embedded ASU Local staff (where applicable).

  • Identify and surface friction points impacting transfer students and work with central teams to resolve.

  • Track partnership health, progress, and enrollment-related outcomes. Prepare executive reports and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Demonstrated strong relationship management and coordination skills.

  • Demonstrated comfort operating in complex, matrixed environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution.

  • Evidence of the ability to reside or relocate and travel regionally within California on a frequent basis.

NOTE: Please answer the following questions in your cover letter:

  • Describe your experience engaging in partnerships and working with professionals at multiple levels (e.g., staff, faculty, administrators, or external partners).
