Regional Production Manager - B2C

What The Position is About:

• Manage the production staff and installation crews, including the region’s Project Manager, providing coaching and performance feedback while ensuring production goals are achieved
• Manage active projects while overseeing construction activity and resources across the region
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train installation team members and subcontractors based on regional labor and production needs
• Build and maintain project schedules while coordinating with vendors and internal teams on preconstruction, permitting, design, materials, deliveries, and labor to ensure job readiness and on-time execution
• Implement and standardize policies and procedures to improve day-to-day production operations and maximize efficiency
• Maintain regular field presence across active job sites to oversee crews, monitor project progress, conduct quality control inspections, and coordinate project completion and punch list items
• Consistently communicate with customers throughout the construction process, providing project updates and addressing change orders or concerns to ensure a positive experience
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local requirements

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Residential construction project and field resource management experience
• Experience managing personal projects while overseeing another Project Manager
• Experience identifying regional staffing needs and recruiting, hiring, and onboarding internal and external labor resources
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently without extensive direction
