About the Role
A growing property management company is looking for a hands-on Regional Property Operations Manager to serve as the link between the corporate office and properties across Arkansas, Ohio, and Oklahoma. You'll be in the field every few weeks — visiting sites, meeting with local teams, and making sure projects and operations are actually getting done. If you like solving real problems and holding things together across multiple locations, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Field & Site Operations

• Travel to properties every 2–3 weeks to conduct site visits and oversee ongoing operations


• Act as the on-the-ground representative for ownership and leadership


• Identify operational issues and drive solutions

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Follow up with contractors, vendors, and property managers on ongoing work


• Coordinate plumbers, electricians, low-voltage vendors, and other service providers


• Ensure repairs, projects, and property initiatives are completed properly and on schedule

Office Communication

• Serve as liaison between the office team and on-site property managers


• Communicate property needs and updates back to corporate


• Keep all parties aligned on project status and priorities

Qualifications

• Background in property management, construction, maintenance, facilities, project coordination, or a related field preferred


• Strong follow-through and accountability — you don't let things fall through the cracks


• Comfortable with regular travel


• Effective communicator with both field teams and office staff


• Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
