The Resort Technology Support Technician provides customer-focused, on-site technical support across multiple resorts, sales centers, and other company locations within an assigned region. The position will be based primarily at an assigned regional resort or sales location and will provide day-to-day technology support for resort leadership, sales, and operational departments. The team member will also support other assigned regional locations as business needs require. This position is responsible for taking ownership of technology issues reported by assigned locations, troubleshooting and resolving issues within their area of expertise, and coordinating with the broader Technology Services team, vendors, and local leadership when additional support is required. The team member will maintain communication and ownership of open issues through resolution, ensure tickets and support activity are properly documented, and report recurring issues, risks, resource needs, and recommended improvements to Technology Services leadership. This is primarily an on-site role. Travel between assigned locations will be required based on operational needs, service-impacting issues, projects, installations, preventative maintenance, and other business requirements.

  • Resort hardware and software support

  • Sales Center hardware and software support 

  • Specialty application's support 

  • Preventative maintenance 

  • Projects 


REQUIREMENTS:



  • At least three years of experience in a related information technology support position.

  • Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, securing, and administering PCs and related technology equipment.

  • Experience supporting multiple locations, business units, or operational environments is preferred.

  • Experience supporting business applications, sales technology, resort systems, or guest-facing technology is preferred.

  • Ability to provide professional, customer-focused technical support.

  • Ability to respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.

  • Ability to clearly communicate status, business impact, and expected resolution timelines to users, leadership, vendors, and Technology Services management.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft business applications, and common desktop technologies.

  • Working knowledge of PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and basic network connectivity.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and support specialized business, resort, and sales applications.

  • Ability to manage multiple open issues, priorities, projects, and locations.

  • Strong documentation, organization, communication, and follow-through skills.

  • Ability to work independently across multiple assigned locations while remaining engaged with the broader Technology Services team.

  • Ability to travel between assigned locations as required.

  • Ability to participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

  • Ability to carry out reasonable requests made by management that the team member is capable of performing.


Work will primarily be performed in resort, sales-center, office, and other company environments. The team member may occasionally be exposed to outdoor conditions, inclement weather, varying temperatures, construction areas, equipment rooms, and other conditions associated with traveling between assigned locations.


This is a primarily on-site position. The team member will be assigned to a designated location within their assigned region and will work on-site five days per week. The team member will travel to other assigned regional locations as required.


The specific work schedule may vary based on operational requirements, location needs, projects, and business demands. The position may occasionally require work outside normal departmental operating hours (8-5) including evenings, weekends, holidays, or other nonstandard hours when necessary to support business operations.
