Regional Security Manager 

Location: Bellevue, WA

Salary Range: $160-$170k/year

We are looking for a Regional Security Manager (Northeast) to manage the security services and related operations provided to an assigned account including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

Requirements:
 
• Must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Must have a reliable means of communication. 
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.  
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. 

 
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree (Business / Management or related field and or 5 years of experience in a corporate security, military, or law enforcement position. 

Five years of well documented managerial experience in one or more of the following areas: Security operations, service planning, service development or related operational field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Educational exceptions may be considered based on professional experience. Professional certifications may be considered based on professional experience. 
 
  • Professional certifications preferred (CPP, PSP, etc.)
     
  • Experience with responding to security related audits a plus. 
     
  • Knowledge of security operations and procedures. 
     
  • Skill in staff supervision, including assigning work and providing training and discipline. 
     
  • Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.
     
  • Ability to be an effective leader and member of project teams. 
     
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.
