Regional Workforce Program Manager

The Regional Workforce Program Manager leads the development and implementation of Adams Health rural workforce strategy. This role coordinates workforce initiatives, builds regional partnerships, and develops sustainable talent pipelines to address priority healthcare workforce needs. The position will lead programs focused on recruitment, education and training, career pathways, simulation, and retention while collaborating with Adams Health leaders, educational institutions, community organizations, and regional partners. The Regional Workforce Program Manager will establish measurable goals, track outcomes, and help create long-term workforce solutions that strengthen healthcare access and career opportunities throughout the region. 

This is a grant-funded, time-limited position dependent on continued RHTP/GROW grant funding and organizational need. Future funding is not guaranteed. 

Eligible for medical coverage on your 1st day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements: 

40 hours per week - First Shift

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Education, Business, Public Health, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

3–5 years of experience in workforce development, human resources, healthcare operations, education, recruitment, program management, or a related field preferred.
