Responsibilities
You will need to complete the following responsibilities:
Prioritize patience and kindness in difficult situations
Work one-on-one providing individual treatment for children diagnosed with autism in a play-like atmosphere while working toward client-specific goals.
Use the principles of ABA to implement programs created by a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Attend interactive training and team-building exercises.
Accurately record and graph data daily
Write session notes daily
Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child's day
Communicate openly regarding concerns, needs, and questions to BCBA
Communicate respectfully and effectively with all team members

Pay is $17-$20 per hour DOE.
Qualifications
To be considered for this job, you must meet the following requirements.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds daily
Able to crawl, run, bend, jump, kneel, crouch, and any other physical requirement involved in play
Be able to receive and maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification. Completed in-house.
Willingness to obtain CPR and Safety Care training
