Job Description - Registered Behavior Technician

Adelphi is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to K–12 students at a school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision.

Requirements:

• Current RBT credential issued by the BACB

• School -based ABA experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA therapy using evidence -based strategies, including DTT and NET

• Support implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans

• Collect, analyze, and graph student behavior data

• Support direct individual and/or group ABA sessions as specified in student IEPs

• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior documentation as directed

• Participate in staff and parent coaching efforts as appropriate

• Coordinate with BCBA supervisors for clinical oversight

• Any other duties as assigned within scope
