Responsibilities and Duties: Working under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct, one-on-one behavioral intervention services to clients. The RBT is responsible for the systematic implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This hands-on role is essential to helping clients achieve their personalized treatment goals and dramatically improve their quality of life.
