Adelphi is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide on-site therapy services for a School in Sarasota County, Florida.
The ideal candidate will work closely with school administration to provide services to students in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.

Requirements:
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Minimum one (1) year of experience working with children with autism or behavioral disabilities preferred
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans in educational settings
• Ability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Minimum one (1) year of experience working with students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Ability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students
• Collect and document behavioral data accurately
• Assist students in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Support positive behavior interventions in classroom settings
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
• Participate in staff meetings and training as required
• Any other duties as assigned
