ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in school settings throughout South Tampa. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside educators and multidisciplinary teams.

Clinical Support & Professional Growth

RBTs receive:

• Regular supervision from experienced BCBAs


• Practicum-approved supervisors for individuals pursuing BCBA certification


• Collaboration with teachers, school personnel, and clinical leadership

• Centralized school assignments whenever possible


• Free in-house BACB Type 2 CEUs

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy during the school day


• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs


• Collect and document accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data


• Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development


• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, caregivers, and clinical supervisors


• Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements

School-Based Opportunities

You'll support students in elementary, middle, and high school settings by:

• Promoting classroom engagement and participation

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (or willingness to obtain certification)


• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred


• Comfortable working with elementary through high school-aged students


• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills


• Passion for helping students succeed in educational settings
