Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) - Cypress, TX

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic-based setting


• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs


• Help clients build skills in communication, behavior, social interaction, and daily living


• Collect and enter accurate session data using electronic systems


• Communicate closely with BCBAs, supervisors, and team members


• Complete required session documentation accurately and on time

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification


• High school diploma or GED


• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain


• Reliable transportation


• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working directly with children
